Complex moments in life require creative care.

Hi, I’m Molly.

I’m so glad you’re here!

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) located in Brooklyn, NY.

I work with individuals experiencing life transitions and personal challenges seeking to feel more present and fulfilled in times of change, loss, or self-evolution.

I aim to create a nurturing rapport to promote self-insight, autonomy, confidence, and self-acceptance. It is my goal to help you safely and creatively engage with your past, present, and potential so you can feel more at ease being yourself.

As a Creative Arts Therapist, I offer art materials, prompts and an innovative mindset to support your emotional and personal exploration. My work is person-centered, grounded in psychodynamic methodology, and powered by empathy, curiosity, creativity and humor. Together, we can start where you are most comfortable, identify your goals and walk a unique path forward.

Art Therapy is more than just buzzwords, theory, or making art to relax; it is a relationship between therapist and client that serves as a non-judgmental arena to safely visually, tactilely, and verbally externalize past and present experiences, feelings, behaviors, and relationship dynamics. The point is to notice, tinker, learn and grow through engaging in the process, not to “be good at art.”

I received my undergraduate degree from Davidson College and my MPS in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute.

I am credentialed in the state of New York.
